This is a card I made for some friends who celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this week. Karen is also a quilter, and has been supporting me since pretty much the beginning of my sewing career! I tried to match the binding on this one, to make the picture a little bigger, I didn't get it exactly right, but ran out of time to fix it! It is a 1/3 sheet of paper size.
Our sale is still going, through tomorrow: buy any of the 6 new kits, (the ones pictured below plus the leaf table runner) and receive any paper pattern free, up to $12 value. To get your free kit, email me at beret@onthetrailcreations.com with the pattern you would like, after you place your order for the kit. Class today, and more moving into the new shop!

Beret Nelson's On The Trail Creations Blog PageBeret NelsonI am a homeschooling mom of three fun kids, who are now old enough that I have a little time to pursue my passion for sewing! After several years of making quilted cards and art quilts, I'm now designing kits and patterns. Some of them have even been in Keepsake Quilting! I teach classes at local quilt shops, and am starting to do more traveling and teaching. I also have many tutorials, including some on YouTube. I am blessed to live in Alaska where I am surrounded by the inspiration provided by the beauty of God's creation! Sign up for blog updates and get a free pattern!
