![]() I finally managed to get some cards done and in to one of the quilt shops... Still need lots more, but I have a quilting retreat this weekend, so that should help! One batch was some simple modernish ones. The cross eyed owl is a bit TOO cross eyed after I stitched down the middle of his face :-)

![]() I'm having trouble getting cards done with other opportunities popping up all over the place. Last week I did some alterations on a wedding dress and made a shawl to go with it. I used some of the blue fabric left over to make a little scene for a wedding gift. It's just 5 x 7 inches, basically a big card. I have since gotten some cards done, I'll put those pictures up soon! I'm still thinking about my latest request for a very non quilty project...if I do it I'll put up pictures, but I may scream and run the other way... :-) ![]() I haven't been getting many cards done lately, I've been sidetracked by other projects! This is another version of the Moose Madness pattern that I quilted the sample quilt for. A local quilter, Nancy Hanneman, made this wonderful variation of the quilt and asked me to quilt it for her. She did a great job on the fabric selection! I also had a wedding dress alteration, maybe next week I'll be back to cards... |

After several years of making quilted cards and art quilts, I'm now designing kits and patterns. Some of them have even been in Keepsake Quilting! I teach classes at local quilt shops, and am starting to do more traveling and teaching. I also have many tutorials, including some on YouTube.
