Returns & ExchangesWe strive for customer satisfaction with our products, and being a small business we will do our best to personally ensure you are happy with your purchase. We will gladly refund or exchange our products (pattern downloads excluded), we just ask that you contact us within 90 days of purchase date. Please just let us know and we can discuss shipping, in most cases we will cover that cost as well.
For refunds, we will refund back using your method of payment. For exchanges or any incomplete products, just let us know and we will get a replacement sent to you quickly. If you have any questions or concerns while ordering or using our products, please feel free to contact us. Since teaching the art of sewing and quilting is one of our goals, we can provide tips or point you to one of our video tutorials on our website or our YouTube channel for the help you need.

ShippingWe offer free U.S. shipping on most all of our products (with the exception of finished quilts), using USPS First Class mail. We try to get orders shipped the next day, so most people receive domestic shipments in about a week.
