Framed Collage class, all designs:
This bigger class contains a whole lot of information and lots of designs! If that sounds overwhelming, I now have two smaller classes for just one design each, see photos below. But if you want the whole thing, this is for you! My version of collage is much easier than some, as it's just the background that is collaged. Bonus! During the summer of 2024, I had my first ever solo art show, which took place at the Johnson Heritage Post Art Gallery in Grand Marais, MN. I did a Zoom tour for my students during the show, and there is a recording of that in the class now! More class info along with available kits below. ***Important note: this class is hosted on a different website from all of the others for now. This means it will have a different login, and will not appear in your library of my classes, so you will have to save your login info separately. The password is the same for all students though, so I can help if you lose it.  $49.00

Framed Collage Quilt Class - Info and Sign Up

One of my goals is for you to have people say, "Wow, you made that?" Only you know it was much easier than it looks!🤭 These are very quick projects, and once you learn the technique, you will have a 'road map' to confidently create your own designs if you would like! The basic concept is very simple, but I have quite a few tricks and ideas for making them look great and not be stressful.
This online class has step by step instructions on how to create your own framed collage quilt project (you don't have to frame them though, you can also bind like any quilt). It includes video lessons, tips & techniques, fabric selection ideas, and a PDF download of pattern pieces. You are encouraged to design your own, but there are pattern pieces and specific instructions for the first five designs below also, plus information and photos for lots more! This class is self guided, no live sessions. You will have permanent access so you can work at your own pace. There is a facebook group for you to join if you wish for support and questions, and of course, show and tell! I am also available through e-mail for questions if you prefer that.
For just about the same price as a kit, you can have a class where you can make as many as you want! How does that quote go?
