Quilt Camp
***I'm sorry, but I had to change my location, so I will not be able to do the camp this year! I am hoping to do some kids' classes at the quilt shops still.***
New update! I moved again, oh my... But now I should have time for kids classes at my new location, stay tuned! And hopefully camp next summer!
I am very interested in seeing these skills passed on to future generations! So I have created Quilting and Sewing Camp for teens (ages 12-18), a week of afternoons learning sewing and quilting techniques. The exact projects may vary from the photos, but that is an idea of what we might be doing. I will provide some of the materials, and will send a list of supplies and additional materials a few weeks before each camp session. For now, they are all beginner level, but I hope to add more as I go, and possibly continue lessons in the fall as well.
Each session will go from 12:30-4:00 pm, Monday-Friday, at my shop, 3055 College Rd, next door to the Material Girls quilt shop.
Cost: $125 plus a $30 materials fee
You can pay in full now, OR reserve a spot with a $50 deposit, refundable until one month before the session starts. The balance will be due a month before camp as well.
